Job description Summary Working as part of a team, you will report to the Director of Nursing and Finance Manager, assisting with the day to day operations of a Nursing Home. Key responsibilities include:
Processing rosters on a bi-weekly basis on the Time Management system
Maintaining HR,training records and employee files to regulatory standards
Minute taking of meetings
Telephone and email queries
Purchasing of supplies
Issuing of contracts and follow up
Supporting the finance team and Director of Nursing on administrative tasks
Greeting visitors at Reception and managing phone calls and message taking
Candidate Requirements:
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a busy office required.
Proficient and experience in the use of excel, word, outlook, teams and computer packages
Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and fellow employees.
Good organisational and teamwork skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Professional and focused approach, with attention to detail and strong ability to work on own initiative.
Pro-active "Can Do" attitude, flexible and adaptable to change
