Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, solutions-driven experienced or aspiring Project Manager to join our team.
Experience in the Fit Out/Joinery industry, event installations, set builds, or similar project types is required, but formal certification as a project manager is not required.
Each of our projects can typically run from start to finish in 6 weeks so we are looking for someone who can manage multiple projects at once.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management

Develop and send client quotations/estimates.
Serve as the primary contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Understand client requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Visit project sites to resolve onsite issues and ensure satisfaction.
Ensure all departments have necessary project information.

Quoting & Cost Management

Prepare detailed internal project estimates.
Develop and manage project budgets for cost-effectiveness.
Track and report on expenses, addressing variances.

Project Management

Develop and maintain project plans with timelines and resource allocation.
Break down plans into tasks and assign responsibilities.
Coordinate with the Workshop Manager to align schedules.
Solve problems quickly to keep projects on time and within budget.
Update project management tools to enhance efficiency and uphold standards.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Resolve issues during the project lifecycle.
Ensure all work meets quality standards and regulations.
Manage H&S documentation, RAMS etc

Ideal Skillset

Strong project management skills in a deadline-driven environment.
Comfortable managing & updating project management software (Click Up or equivelant)
Comfortable thinking outside the box and open to new approaches
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills while being flexible to ever changing client needs.
Effective communicator at all levels, both within the organization and externally with customers and suppliers.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Agility to embrace new systems, processes, technology, and ideas.

Requirements

Due to the location of our office, having a vehicle is necessary.
All work takes place onsite at our office and workshop in Ballinakill, Co Laois, with travel to event sites and client meetings as needed.
