SSA is recruiting a Project Director, on behalf of a global consulting business, to be site-based on major project in Belgium.
About the role:
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. This is a senior, client-facing role that requires the ability to inspire confidence throughout all phases of the project life cycle.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a well-known blue-chip client, site-based on a significant greenfield project.
- Salary is negotiable based on experience
- Benefits: project allowance + relocation assistance + bonus
- 2 year fixed term contract, potential for 3 more years
Position requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering
- 20+ years experience in the management of large construction projects
- 5+ years experience at Director level in a consulting environment
- Significant stakeholder management experience
- Certified PMP and LEED AP or working towards it
- Valid working rights within Ireland / EU
