Your Job Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be an ambitious, diligent and enthusiastic individual who will join the team in supervising the production environment.
What You Will Do

Responsible for achieving all production goals in relation to production schedules, quality standards, scrap and inventory levels.
Responsibility for budget targets within injection moulding, automatic and semi-automatic production lines.
Plan, prioritize and organize projects within the department. Assign resources where necessary to contribute to its successful completion.
Manage employee performance including general conduct, absence management and disciplinary matters.
Ensure compliance with the Quality Management Systems in place and ISO Standards

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Considerable experience in a supervisory role with a proven track record in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Educated to Degree or Diploma level in an engineering discipline or appropriate qualification.
Ability to manage and embrace change
Good people management skills
Experienced in SAP and the full suite of Microsoft Office.
