Lighthouse Drinks is an award winning retail spirits business established in Cork in 2018. We operate an online e-commerce store, Irishmalts.com, which brings Irish made spirits to the rest of the world. We strive to deliver top class customer experiences to the Irish Whiskey industry.
We are currently expanding into the production/manufacturing of Irish whiskey and are looking for a talented, motivated individual to join our new bottling line in the upcoming weeks.
Your Role
We are currently looking for a Bottling Production Supervisor to assist management in the day to day supervision/running of our bottling line.
The purpose of the role is to ensure that our production line operations run efficiently and on target. Your role will be integral to the smooth operation of production related activities, and you will form part of the management team that delivers a highly efficient production standards.

Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year

Your Role
We are currently looking for a Bottling Production Supervisor to assist management in the day to day supervision/running of our bottling line.
The purpose of the role is to ensure that our production line operations run efficiently and on target. Your role will be integral to the smooth operation of production related activities, and you will form part of the management team that delivers a highly efficient production standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the bottling lines.
- Trains and supervise bottling line employees in improving skills and performance (fairness, respect, listening, etc.)
- Evaluates employee performance and skill level to determine skill improvement needs and develops improvement plans to address.
- Ensure procedures and policies are adhered to and implemented on a daily basis.
- Responsible for assisting and maintaining accurate stock counts for various clients.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing movements are processed correctly.
- Accurate logging of bottling activities.
- Ensure Production KPI’s are achieved when relevant.
- Ensure adherence of team and RDC visitors to all relevant H&S legislation and company H&S policies.
- Engage in a continuous improvement program in relation to the bottling procedures.
- Ensure a high level of housekeeping in line with relevant H&S policies.
- Oversee training for new hires on the procedures and policies in place.
- Work closely with Management teams to continue to develop areas within the business.
The ideal candidate will:
- Minimum education to leaving certificate level.
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy production environment
- Self-motivated, with an ability to work as part of a busy production team.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience
- Possess excellent organizational skills
- Possess excellent time-keeping skills
- Experience with bottling of Spirits a plus
- GMP knowledge a plus
- Full-Time permanent position
- Based in Little Island, Cork

- Ability to react quickly.
Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
