Part-time Receptionist
We are currently recruiting part time Front of House Receptionist.
Responsibilities will include:
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From €12.70 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
Benefits:
Responsibilities will include:
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Taking bookings for various activities including swim lessons & sports hall events
- Assist senior management and other staff as requested
- Maintaining stationery levels
- Printing, filing, photocopying as required
- Answering questions on membership deals and what the centre has to offer
- Finalising memberships on a daily basis
- Maintaining cleanliness of the reception area
- Previous experience essential
- Be available to work shift work all year around,It will involve weekend and midweek work.
- Competent with Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
- Excellent admin skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent communication and customer care skills
- Work under pressure situations
Job Type: Part-time
