Requirements:
· Knowledge of all aspects of HR with a minimum of 2 years' human resources experience .
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information.
Duties will include the following:

• Guide and support all level of staff members with employee relations, recruitment, inductions, grievances, performance management etc.
• Be the first point of contact in all Employee Relations matters, and ensure a consistent approach in addressing all ER matters throughout the company,
• Assist in disciplinary processes, provide expertise, guidance and direction, on HR issues
• Performance management
• Management AL, Sick leave etc. and ensure the finance department and payroll up to date with all payroll matters
• Oversee the recruitment process in line with HR best practice
• Ensure all policies and procedure are reviewed and maintained within the business
• Recruitment of new employee, including contracts, training etc.
• Process weekly time sheets for payroll department .
• Other ad hock office duties as required .

Skills:
· Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
· Ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively
· Support employees on day to day queries.
