Clarke Machinery Ltd is a fast paced, growing multi depot Company who are currently looking to recruit an Office Administrator at our Head Office - New Inn, Ballyjamesduff, A82X683. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position, assisting with the day-to-day administration and running of a busy office.
Duties and responsibilities include:

• Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
• Keep records and reports up to date
• Help maintain the budget plan
• Carry out clerical and general Ad hoc duties.
• VIES & Intrastat returns
• Process Account reconciliations
• Review and process documents in relation to new insurance policies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Leaving cert or equivalent
• Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Email & general computer skills
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task

*May suit someone looking for part time/flexible hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €29,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
