Office Administrator
As an office administrator your role is both diverse and highly important to the smooth operation of this business. The role plays a key support function including sales, office management, administration and management of systems and procedures.
Our Company
O’Rourke Windows & Glass Ltd is a Longford based window and Door manufacturing and installation company and is in existence for over 40 years. Our projects range from residential, commercial, educational, healthcare and industrial with clients including government, corporate and private.
To apply you will need a proven strong office administration background, construction industry an advantage but not essential, and third level qualifications are desirable. This role involves office support, business management, site support, tenders, fleet management, employee training, health and safety and Sub-Contractors Document Control amongst other areas. Office based Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm. Remote working/work from home is not available.

Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year

Required Skills
- Min. 3 years proven experience in senior office administration
- Strong IT Skills – MS One Drive, Share Point, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take responsibility and drive tasks forward
- Detail orientated
- Work on own initiative, and also as part of a team
- Efficient, resourceful with an ability to multitask
- Good time management
- Confident friendly and professional telephone manner
- High literacy levels, fluency in written and spoken English
Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
