Pembroke Kilkenny are now recruiting for a Night Porter to oversee our Night time operations. The Night Porter will promote a professional and positive image to our guests and contribute to the hotels core values and business vision.
MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE:

Cooperate and Liaise with Pembroke Guest Relations and Food & Beverage Teams
Carrying out security checks of entire hotel building on a regular basis
Be involved in a great Sales and Customer Experience environment during the night shift.
Carrying out required cleaning duties through the night.
Assist in the restaurant/bar/lounge when required.
Dealing with telephone and guest enquiries.
To assist with meeting rooms set-up and service when requested.
To replenish customer supplies and accessories as required.

The Night Porter must be:

Aware of Health & Safety regulations in hotels
Customer Focused
Reliable
Diligent
Able to work on their own initiative

This Candidate will need to be able to show evidence of:

Exceptional Customer Care
Experience in a Similar role

Salary will be reflective of experience and what you bring to the role
This role is a part time seasonal position and might suit a student or candidate looking to progress in a hospitality management role.

Pay: From €13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 39 per week
