Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all stages of the Mechanical Services project delivery cycle, from Pre-Construction and Planning to Construction, Testing, and Commissioning.
• Coordinate design team information and details to ensure timely execution of project delivery activities.
• Ensure the successful implementation of MEP deliverables throughout the project.
• Ensure that all MEP works are performed with the highest safety standards.
• Inspect all installation work to ensure it meets the standards outlined in the approved quality plan.
• Monitor project timelines and assess the progress of MEP services installations.
• Collaborate closely with the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the broader project team.

Requirements

• Third level degree
• Over 10 years of experience, ideally with a main contractor.
• Preferred experience in Construction/Civil Engineering projects, including Mission Critical, Pharma, Data Centres, and Hi-Tech sectors.
• Chartered status or working towards chartership.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills needed.
• Proficient in IT applications and tools.
