Mechanical Engineer / Building Services Engineer
M&P Mechanical is now seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer / Building Services Engineer to join our growing team in Dublin.
The ideal Mechanical Project Engineer will be a self- starter with the initiative and skills to manage his/her workload to meet necessary deadlines. Excellent time management, prioritising and communications skills are essential.
This role will be a mixture of office/site with potential for Hybrid in the future after 6 month review.
Responsibilities:
Pay: From €50,000.00 per year
Additional pay:

This role will be a mixture of office/site with potential for Hybrid in the future after 6 month review.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients, design teams and contractors during the course of projects.
- Participating at co-ordination meetings with design team.
- Design reviews, validate equipment, pipe and duct sizes
- Develop technical submittals, equipment registers and trackers
- Develop and manage execution off commissioning test certs
- Responsible for mechanical related RFIs during construction phase.
- Responsible for management of all drawing activities from requests from EDCC, updates, management of hard and soft copy masters, issuing for reviews, updating to as-built
- Must be a good team player but able to work independently
- Confident communicator both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrable understanding of M&E systems within buildings
- Proven record of co-ordinating on projects
- A minimum of 4 years as a Mechanical Project Engineer
Pay: From €50,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Yearly bonus
- On-site parking

- Mechanical Engineering / Building Service Engineer: 3 years (preferred)
