Logistics Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Administrator to join our growing Supply Chain Team.

In this role you’ll get to:
  • Coordinate inbound logistics activities, including shipping, receiving, and transportation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure adequate inventory levels.
  • Track shipments and communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Manage logistics documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing slips.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, suppliers, and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with logistics policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Analyse logistics data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the seamless flow of materials and products.
  • Prepare and present reports on logistics performance and key metrics.
  • Maintain logistics records and documentation.


To excel you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics administration in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using logistics software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of logistics best practices and procedures.
  • Familiarity with transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
