We are the leading provider of secure, confidential document shredding & records management solutions in Ireland with primary focus on the greater Dublin area.
Cyclone Shredding is a full-service records and information management solutions company providing document storage, document shredding, and related services including document scanning, media storage and hardware destruction. Our service area is primarily Dublin and the greater Dublin region.
Cyclone Shredding is inviting candidates with a clean C-License and experience experience ideally in the document management industry. As a route driver, you will have the responsibility of servicing our client’s needs daily in a state of the art 18 ton box body mobile shred truck.
Responsibilities:

• On average there are 20-25 stops per day for this route consisting of service calls to customers in need of a range of secure document shredding services.
• Safe and responsible operation of assigned equipment.
• Drivers will be responsible for loading and unloading their own truck consisting of files, boxes, etc. and Pickup and Delivery of archival materials
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage before and after route
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and standart operating guidelines
• Repetitive lifting of and average weight of 20kg
• Ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Customer service and client confidentiality are our top priority
• Perform onsite/offsite document destruction of confidential information using mobile based shredding equipment.
• Services accounts using a hand-held device to confirm service delivery
• Ensure that truck and cab are cleaned and organized at all times in accordance with company guidelines
• Conduct daily check-in with Ops Supervisor to review route completion and efficiencies
• Understand and implement all Corporate policies and procedures that impact job responsibility
• Maintain a safe workplace and follow all safety requirements as outlined in corporate policies and performs mandated daily safety and preventative maintenance checks on vehicles

Qualifications

• Must have a full and clean category C Driver’s License
• Available to work during these hours: Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM (depending on route time)
• Ability to lift and move product and pallets. This is a physical job.·
• Must be competent and comfortable driving a rigid box truck.
• Must have experience with route truck driving
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate handheld scanner

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
Work Location: On the road
