Minimum Experience 1- 2 years. Applicants must be living in or near the Carlow area and able to work in Ireland. Must be able to work on own initiative, good interpersonal skills, good customer service skills, willingness to receive any other training that maybe required. Applicants must have their own transport to and from work. Applicants must possess all relevant up to date cpc, digi card & licenses. Up to date manual handling an advantage but not essential. Good written & verbal English is essential alongside eligibility to work in Ireland Must be reliable & an excellent timekeeper. Must be flexible to work across different sections within the business. Experience in the waste industry desirable but not a requirement. Responsibilities: Ensuring compliance with all health & safety & Road Safety legislation (RSA) Maintain a safe environment, report any health & safety incidents or concerns immediately. Good Geographical knowledge. Collection of various waste streams from multiple customer locations on a DAY TODAY BASIS. Ensure work is completed in a safe & professional manner, wheelie bins collected & emptied using good work practices & manual handling techniques & returned to a safe position/location in line with Green Generation standards. Completion of all required paperwork and vehicle safety checks on a daily basis Must show Courtesy to all customers & members of the public at all times as well as work colleagues. Report any difficulties encountered with others to the line manager. Maintain all allocated company vehicles & property in a safe, clean & roadworthy condition.
