Create and manage bookings with both deep-sea and short-sea suppliers
Complete any relevant documentation in a timely manner, to ensure connection with suppliers deadlines.
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Monitor suppliers sailing schedule and ensure all customers are kept up to date on the arrival/delivery status of their goods.
KPI reporting as required by customers.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, organisational, customer service and communication skills
Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role required
Fluent English essential
Ability to speak a second language (preferred not essential)
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
