Housekeeping
Hope Childcare is seeking a full time housekeeper to work in our Inchicore service. This is a full time position which will commence as soon as possible. Full training will be provided.
Ideal candidate will have the following:
1. Kitchen duties such as heating meals and preparing snacks for the children.
2. Following HACCP procedure's at all times, which includes and is not limited to recording meals, deliveries, cleaning of kitchen and correct use of PPE and maintaining person hygiene
3. To assist with day to day cleaning of the service in line with infection control policies and Covid guidelines.
4. To assist with deep cleaning of all classrooms, this includes mopping hovering dusting and disinfecting surface. Cleaning of all toys and materials and windows. Deep cleans of sanitary areas and communal areas
5. To assist with end of day cleaning of the service with the assistance of the house keeping team - sanitary areas, communal areas, kitchen and classrooms
6. To ensure cleaning materials are stored correctly and maintained in good order.
7. To report any damaged equipment or materials to management
8. To assist with shopping for kitchen and cleaning materials
This is a full time position. Successful candidate must go through service garda vetting procedure.
The successful candidate will be required to work as part of an amazing team.
Staff will be required to work between the hours of 0800-1800, Monday to Friday

- Be reliable & keep to schedule
- Fluent level of English both written and oral
- HACCP/Food safety training would be an advantage
- Infection control training would be an advantage
