Role Description:
This is a full-time role for a Health and Safety Administrator / PA to Head of Health & Safety Division, this role is office based at their onsite facility in Longford.
The Health and Safety Administrator will be responsible for:
· Reviewing monthly Reports collate data
· Review weekly audit and collate data and update trackers
· Review and populate job folders with weekly inspections
· File various audits
· Update Excel tabs
· Keep all training up to date using a digital platform
· Gather meeting notes and populate information
· Update COMMS
· Set up/ maintain site folders on various applications such as Share Point
· Identify training needs, make sure inductions are up to date
Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €35,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
