Job Title: Health and Safety Adviser
Location: Tralee, Co. Kerry

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Health and Safety Adviser to support a key project in Tralee, Co. Kerry. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, providing training, and fostering a culture of safety on-site.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
• Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on safe working practices.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Health and Safety Adviser, preferably within the construction or steel industry.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant health and safety qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
