CAE Parc Aviation are recruiting for a Head of Engine Technical Support Services to join our dynamic Technical Services Support group. The individual should have substantial powerplant experience and be motivated to lead and grow the Engines Group.
Responsibilities
- Development, Management and co-ordination of an Engines Support team.
- Expand the Engines Support team as per our client’s needs and industry trends. Strategically organise existing structures to maximise efficiency.
- Successfully market the Engine Support Product to Industry.
- Collaborate with senior management in the evolution of the department and development of performance goals and long-term operational and strategic plans. Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration. Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years of experience in senior technical roles within an Engine Shop or Airline Powerplant role.
- Demonstrated people management experience.
- Demonstrated commercial focus.
- A deep understanding of the Engine Support market needs and trends.
- Demonstrated expertise in guiding technical teams, collaborating with clients, and overseeing financial and budgetary matters.
- Strong communication skills for conveying data-driven results.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Willingness and ability to travel when required
