Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and hardworking individual to join our team as a Tyre Baling Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery to bale waste tyres, ensuring efficient and safe operation while maintaining a clean and organised workspace. Forklift operation will be a key part of this role, and candidates must have a valid forklift licence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate baling machinery to compress tyres into compact bales for storage or transport.
• Safely operate forklifts to transport tyres and other materials as required.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on baling machinery and report any issues to supervisors.
• Load and unload materials and finished products, ensuring they are stored or transported correctly.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following all health and safety regulations.
• Accurately complete job-related documentation and records.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Forklift Licence: A valid and up-to-date forklift licence is required.
• Language Skills: Must have good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move objects.
• Health & Safety Awareness: A strong commitment to following safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, recycling, or warehouse environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of baling or other relevant machinery is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €28,028.00 per year
