Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Self-Employed Doctors to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional healthcare services to our patients while enjoying the flexibility of self-employment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical evaluations and consultations for patients in a range of settings, including in-person and telehealth.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on thorough assessments, patient histories, and clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Stay informed about developments in medical practices, technologies, and regulations to provide the most current and effective care.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to Swiftdoc’s policies, procedures, and standards of practice.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution and current registration with the Medical Council of Ireland (IMC).
• Proven experience as a practicing physician in a relevant field (primary care, family medicine, etc.).
• Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records and telemedicine platforms.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
