The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is both memorable and luxurious. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will work closely with our team to uphold the highest standards of service, contributing to the overall guest experience at the Manor.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
· Take orders efficiently, providing detailed information on menu items and making recommendations when appropriate.
· Serve food and beverages in a timely and accurate manner.
· Address guest queries and special requests, ensuring a personalized experience.
· Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
· High level of personal grooming and presentation in line with Adare Manor’s standards.
· Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €12.70-€13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
