Parknasilla Resort & Spa is currently recruiting for a full time Food & Beverage Assistant who is highly motivated, well organised and passionate in delivering a memorable experience to all our guests.

We are currently seeking a committed, service-driven individual to join our Food & Beverage team as a Food & Beverage Assistant / Waiter / Assistant Waiter.
Overview:
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service in our restaurant and lounge, working closely with the team to ensure that all aspects of service run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, reliable, and have experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
Responsibilities:

Greet and seat all customers with courtesy and warmth, ensuring they feel welcomed.
Regularly check on guests to ensure they are satisfied with their food, drinks, and service.
Provide menus to guests, take food and drink orders, and ensure that requests are accurately communicated to the kitchen and bar.
Deliver food and beverages to guests at their tables, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
Assist in the preparation of beverages, both hot and cold, with attention to detail.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the restaurant, lounge and bar areas at all times.

Skills & Specifications:

Proven experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry.
Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiastic, with a positive approach and the ability to work well under pressure.
Fully flexible with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
