The Killarney Royal has an exciting opportunity for a full time F&B Assistant (occasional split shifts and salary dependent on experience).
The Successful Candidate will:

Have previous experience in a similar role at 4*/5* level - serving food & beverage OR be able to demonstrate commitment and passion.
Have a friendly and outgoing manner
Be well-presented and maintain a professional image at all times through appearance
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have fluent English, both verbal and written
Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service
Be a team player, flexible, reliable and trustworthy
Have knowledge of food, wine and cocktails
Have local knowledge of Killarney
