PART TIME

We require one member for front of house to work on average 2 shifts a week. it is essential that you work weekends. The restaurant is situated in Downings next to the iconic harbour bar. We are a small family run business and strive to deliver good food in a warm welcoming environment. The right candidate will have a passion for working with people and aim to deliver excellent customer service, experience is preferred but not essential. The duties include welcoming customers, taking orders and payments, advising customers on food and wine and keeping the restaurant clean and tidy. During the winter months the restaurant works at a slower pace allowing us to really focus on the customer experience. You will be required to work on average 2 shifts a week from Friday to Sunday. There are excellent rates of pay and tips for the right candidate. The job may suit someone willing to commute from surrounding areas such as Letterkenny and a fuel allowance can be negotiated. Please do not apply if you do not live in the Donegal area and don't have your own transport as there is no public transport to the restaurant. We can't provide accommodation and will not be able to organise any. We look forward to hearing from you.
