Field Service Technician
Field Services Technician
Fitz Scientific is a world class monitoring and testing company that meet and exceed customer expectations. Based in Drogheda Co. Louth we are seeking to recruit a Field Services Technician for our growing and expanding business.
Main responsibilities include:
· Carry out daily visual inspections at various monitoring locations.
· Document on site data using handheld device.
· Carry out sampling at various sampling points.
· Transport of samples to laboratory - vehicle provided.
· Communicate with customers, ensuring the site-specific protocol requirements are fully understood and are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
· Complete risk assessments and site-specific protocol.
· Ensure resources and equipment are prepared, calibrated and ready for use.
· Ensure that sample details are accurately recorded as per Field Services requirements.
· Adhere to the highest quality and technical standards at all stages of the process.
Requirements
Full clean driving licence.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills and act with integrity.
Previous driving experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
Good PC skills.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Appointment to this role is subject to the candidate’s eligibility to work in Ireland.
Working hours 10.30am -7.00pm Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From €27,000.00 per year
