The Role – Field Service Technician
- Servicing company assets and managing transferrable items.
- Managing spare parts and consumables effectively.
- Representing the company professionally at all times, with partners, customers, and end users.
- Timely reporting back to the company as required.
- Occasionally working outside the designated region, if required by the company.
- Availability to work on-call one in five weekends, if necessary.
- Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and proper presentation of operating equipment.
- Conducting scheduled preventative maintenance of operating equipment.
- Managing daily reported out-of-order equipment to meet business needs.
- Operating within all company policies and procedures.
- Possession of a full, clean B Class Driver’s License.
- Proficiency in written and oral English.
- At least one year of experience in a field service engineer role.
- Must pass a medical examination.
- Company vehicle.
- Coverage of subsistence expenses.
- Provision of uniform and tools.
- PPE and health and safety training provided.
- Eligibility for bonus, commission, and overtime pay.
