We are seeking a Facade Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the installation, and quality of all facade systems on a residential construction project. This includes ensuring the facade meets all project specifications, design intent, and regulatory standards while adhering to budgetary and scheduling constraints. The role involves close coordination with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful delivery of facade elements.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the facade project plan, ensuring alignment with the overall construction program.
Coordinate facade design reviews, ensuring compliance with architectural intent, engineering specifications, and relevant regulations.
Oversee procurement processes for facade materials, managing vendors, contracts, and delivery schedules.
Collaborate with design teams to address technical aspects, such as thermal performance, waterproofing, structural integrity, and acoustic performance.
Ensure all facade components, including cladding, glazing, curtain walls, and insulation, are installed to the highest standards.
Resolve design discrepancies and provide practical solutions for facade-related issues.
Manage the facade budget, tracking expenses and ensuring the project stays within financial parameters.
Conduct value engineering exercises to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Implement stringent quality control processes, conducting regular inspections of facade installations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations during facade installation.
Manage facade testing and commissioning, ensuring performance criteria are met.
Liaise with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, contractors, and facade specialists to ensure seamless integration of facade systems.
Communicate progress, challenges, and risks to the project management team and stakeholders.
Attend site meetings and report on the status of facade-related activities.
Identify potential risks related to facade installation, such as delays, material defects, or design changes, and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and statutory requirements, addressing any non-compliance issues promptly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in facade management or similar roles within the construction industry.
Strong technical knowledge of facade systems, materials, and installation methods.
Familiarity with building codes, standards, and regulations pertaining to facades.
Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €60,000.00-€80,000.00 per year
