About the role

An exciting opportunity has opened up in our Events & Sponsorship team for an Associate on a 1year fixed term contract. In the role, the successful candidate will:
  • Support the Events & Sponsorship team with planning, research and delivering client in person and online events, investment briefings and client entertainment for Davy Group, mainly Davy Wealth Management.
  • Research new event solutions and client entertainment opportunities.
  • Support the team with managing our Brand Ambassadors and support sponsorship activation for the business in support of our brand positioning.
  • Work closely with the communication team to create invitations, event specific collateral, branded merchandise & follow up material.
  • Support the team at multiple events during each business year. (weekend and evening work may be required).
  • Endeavor our events & sponsorship activation is always world class.
  • Support the team with the different databases which we use for our events and sponsorship.
  • Help build key relationships with venues where we host events, suppliers, agencies and other marketing team members on an ongoing basis.
  • Support the team with internal events throughout the year.
Requirements
About you
We are looking for somebody who who has the following background and skills:
  • Marketing degree level qualification preferred.
  • Team Player.
  • Organised individual with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Excellent communication skills – customer focus (internal & external).
  • Ability to multitask.
