Connections Group are currently on the lookout for a Deli Manager to join our clients busy location in Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have Deli Manager /Food Manager/ Deli Supervisor experience.
Salary: €33 - 36K
Your roles and responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of the Deli department and delegating tasks to staff members
• Ensuring the highest standards of compliance with HACCP and Food Safety across the entire deli department
• Ensuring high standards of food displays to optimise sales
• Delivering an excellent customer experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Placing replenishment orders and managing stock control for the department

Who are you?

• Excellent knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety protocols
• Previous deli or fresh food experience is essential
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
