Deli Manager
Job description
Connections Group are currently on the lookout for a Deli Manager to join our clients busy location in Dublin.The ideal candidate will have Deli Manager /Food Manager/ Deli Supervisor experience.
Salary: €33 - 36K
Your roles and responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of the Deli department and delegating tasks to staff members
- Ensuring the highest standards of compliance with HACCP and Food Safety across the entire deli department
- Ensuring high standards of food displays to optimise sales
- Delivering an excellent customer experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Placing replenishment orders and managing stock control for the department
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety protocols
- Previous deli or fresh food experience is essential
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent salary dependent on experience
