Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Dublin West
Salary: €36,000 - €41,000

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our clients team in a fast-paced retail environment. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's day-to-day operations while driving sales, maximising profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a dynamic leader who can motivate the team, ensure smooth store operations, and maintain a commercially viable and well-merchandised store.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Profit: Lead the team to achieve retail store targets, driving sales growth and profitability.
Customer Service: Maintain the highest level of customer service by leading by example and ensuring the team consistently delivers a positive experience to every customer.
Store Operations: Ensure the store is always running smoothly, from stock management to opening/closing procedures.
Commerciality: Ensure the store is well-merchandised, visually appealing, and aligned with the latest trends, creating an inviting shopping experience for customers.
Team Leadership: Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance their skills and grow within the company. Support career development initiatives and foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

About You:

Minimum two years of retail management experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Basic computer literacy
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse sales reports
Customer service-focused, with a passion for retail
Experience in using POS systems
