Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in the Client Management Department. The ideal candidate will support the Head of Client Data Science in managing client accounts, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Exploration and Analysis:

Utilise data and basic Python skills to explore client data and respond to ad hoc inquiries.
Analyse client data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.

Data Structuring:

Apply knowledge of data structures to design and implement the best structures for client user data on the Wrky platform.
Ensure the data structure aligns with the platform’s requirements and work with clients to enhance data usability.
Verify that client data conforms to platform rules using Excel spreadsheets.

Account Administration:

Perform account creation and ongoing administration for clients on the Wrky platform.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels to ensure data security and integrity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficient in Python.
Experience in cloud technologies.
