The following opportunity has arisen in our PORTLAOISE branch.
Customer Service Executive – Vintage Department
We are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Executive for our Vintage team in our Portlaoise office. The role will consist of managing existing client relationships by servicing a renewal book of vintage car, tractor and van policies and generating new business. Cross selling to obtain leads for the general side, Life & Pensions and Health is expected. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities

Achieving Renewal Income Retention targets
Achieving New Business Income targets
Generating leads through cross selling of Life & Pensions & Health products
Generating leads for the General Personal Lines & Commercial Departments
Delivering Excellent Customer Service
Adhering to call script whilst dealing with a high volume of inbound/outbound calls
Maintaining the highest compliance standards

Key Qualifications & Skills required

3rd Level Business degree
Proficient Microsoft office skills desirable

This role would suit a hard-working Graduate who is willing to learn and develop their career within the insurance industry. The Vintage Department is an excellent place to start to learn the foundations and fundamentals within the insurance industry and with experience it will provide a growth path into our many other operating departments.
