Temporary Customer Service Administrator

Here at Osborne, we are seeking a customer service administrator on a temporary basis. The successful candidate in this role will be dealing with a high volume of inbound calls and will be responsible for resolving customer queries.

Location: Limerick
Salary: €12.88 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, provide solutions, and troubleshoot issues related to products or services.
Scheduling Appointments: Schedule and manage appointments
Problem Solving: Resolve escalated complaints or transfer them to relevant departments for further handling.
Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on customer queries when necessary, maintaining communication until the issue is resolved.
Policy Adherence: Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Key Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable but not essential.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and similar IT packages.
Positive and friendly attitude.
