Contract Manager
Civil Contracts Manager
The CSR Group is currently recruiting for a Contacts Manager on behalf of a leading Civil Engineering company based in Drogheda.
The successful candidate will be working on a variety of projects throughout Leinster.
You will be working closely with the Managing Director to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budget.
This is a great opprtunity to step up in your career.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Making sure the project is running in accordance to the programme and on budget.
· Building and maintaining relationships with both the client and external customers.
· Managing and monitoring sub-contractors.
· Work to tight deadlines
· Effective management and co-ordination of subcontractors and ensure all personnel on site conduct their duties to the highest standards.
· Work with project staff to manage project documentation
Criteria
· 10 plus years of experience
· Excellent IT skills essential
· Excellent organisational and communication skills
· Experience of client and contractor interaction and engagement.
· Ambitious and self-motivated
· Team player and an excellent communicator
