About the role
As a Content Moderator you will be part of a rapidly growing multilingual team and will work alongside other internal teams, for a leading online multinational company, to respond to requests and assist in the success of this project.

Main responsibilities:

Engage with business, predominantly via outbound phone calls, to verify their information and update client platforms as appropriate,
Process and raise required requests/transactions and make sound decisions related to customer requirements,
Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data,
Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets,
Adhere to process norms and structure.

Requirements:

Fluent English & Dutch
General country specific knowledge for the country you will support,
Eligibility to work in Ireland,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast paced environment,
Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.
