The 4* Sandymount Hotel, Dublin's largest independent family-run hotel, is currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing & Content Executive.

Your main duties may include:
Newly refurbished, with 187 luxury bedrooms, Sandymount Hotel, Dublin’s oldest family-run hotel, is located on a 19th century Victorian terrace next to Aviva Stadium in the city’s most prestigious diplomatic, residential, and commercial district.
Recipient of many national and international awards including “Europe’s Leading Green Hotel” at the World Travel Awards.

Pay: €34,000.00-€37,000.00 per year

We are looking for a committed service driven individual to join our team. This is a wonderful opportunity to develop your career in a unique atmosphere where staff are considered as part of family.
Your main duties may include:
- Oversee the Brand Website, ensuring content remains up to date with relevant seasonal photography, landing pages, special offers, etc.
- Oversee and manage the online presence of the hotel across all online platforms including Brand Website, OTAs, Metasearch Sites (eg. Trip Advisor) and Tourism Sites.
- Handles the day-to-day running of the Sandymount Hotel’s social media channels including:
- Developing & managing the organic posting schedule and content calendar
- Creating social imagery, videos and graphics that are on brand
- Tracks and responds to social community through comment sections, direct mail inboxes etc
- Implementing organic campaigns to grow the hotel’s social media audience
- Develop and deliver monthly reports on the social media performance
- Oversee and manage the hotel’s email marketing activity including:
- Developing and building the email marketing calendar, ensuring regular communication with the hotel’s key markets
- Writing copy and creating graphics for newsletters
- Managing email segments
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance
- Collaborating with individual departments within the hotel to develop and capture new content including video, imagery, copy/stories.
- Drive content projects as required from planning through to delivery.
- To be onsite for key event days such as Match Days and Concerts in order to capture and share activity from the day across the hotel’s social media channels.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hotel digital marketing role (or similar hospitality business)
- Proven record in managing websites, digital marketing campaigns and social media channels
- Content creation skills including photography and videography
- Experience with video editing software, email marketing software (Revinate, Mail Chimp), website CMS and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar)
- Fluent in English with strong copywriting skills
- Strong level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills
