About Us:
Brio is an upcoming brunch restaurant dedicated to providing a unique and delightful culinary experience. Launched in January 2024, Brio brunch is a vibrant space where great food, exceptional coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere come together. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team and contribute to the success of our new venture.
Position Overview:
As a Barista at Brio, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests. You will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is not only proficient in the art of coffee-making but also possesses a friendly demeanor and a passion for creating moments of joy for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Coffee Preparation:Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, lattes, and more, adhering to Brio's quality standards.
Ensure consistency in flavor, presentation, and temperature of all coffee beverages.
Customer Service:Greet customers warmly, take and process orders accurately, and provide product recommendations when needed.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
Cleanliness and Organization:Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the coffee preparation area, equipment, and serving counter.
Follow proper cleaning and sanitization procedures for all equipment and utensils.
Product Knowledge:Stay informed about Brio's menu offerings, including brunch items, and communicate information about ingredients and allergens to customers.
Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed.
Qualifications:
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €12.70-€14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 23 – 40 per week
