Main duties of Bar person
- To ensure the cleanliness and order; correct mis-en-place and set up of the bar prior to and during service,
- Ensuring guests are warmly greeted and promptly served to a high standard as set by the general standards of a professional castle hotel venue
- Ensure bar is fully stocked at all times
- Adhere to all health & safety / hygiene regulations
Main requirements for bar person
- Availability for shifts both mid weeks, and weekends throughout the academic year
- Fluent spoken & written English
- Previous bar experience preferred but non essential
- Permission to work & reside in Ireland
- Ability to reliably commute on a daily basis
