Accounts Administrator
Green Pastures is a food processor based in Convoy, Co Donegal. We are currently seeking an accounts administrator to join our busy office team. Working in the production field, you will work as an administrator and data analyst. The purpose of the role is to enable the delivery of an integrated and focused service and support production as part of a team.
This is a full time, permanent position. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will report to the financial controller and senior management.
Responsibilities & Duties include but are not limited to:
· Accounts receivable
· Accounts payable
· Daily sales invoicing, weekly sales reporting and debtor analysis
· Purchase order administration
· Payroll processing and monitoring annual leave requests
· Maintaining stock records
· Preparation of bank reconciliations and payment allocations
· Maintain company policies and employee information
· Other analytical and reconciliation work as required
· General administration work
Requirements:
· Exposure to fast paced office
· Knowledge of goods dispatch and sales order processing desirable but not necessary
· Knowledge of SAGE Line 50 desirable but not necessary
· Proficient in Excel - Essential
· Processing and data entry experience
· Reconciliation & reporting experience
· Experience in a similar role in a production environment an advantage
· Ability to multi-task, plan and prioritize work schedule and work to agreed timescales while
· High attention to detail
· Exhibit strong communication, analytical skills and time management skills
· Must be fluent in spoken and written English
