Accommodation Supervisor - Carlow
We are currently recruiting for a Accommodation Supervisor for our client, a beautiful 4* property in Carlow.
As Accommodation Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the Accommodation Manager with the daily management of the operation.

As Accommodation Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the Accommodation Manager with the daily management of the operation.
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure that the accommodation is fully prepared for service.
- Ensure that guest needs and requirements are met and deal with any customer complaints in a professional manner if they arise.
- Lead, support, inform and guide team members in all operations.
- Conduct onboarding of new staff and ensure they complete the SOP training.
- In the absence of manager ensure all sections are allocated appropriately amongst the team.
- Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving customer complaints.
- Ensure team compliance with health, safety and sanitation.
- 1-2 years experience as a Accommodation supervisor
- Self-motivated, standards driven and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise & delegate
- Warm, friendly and courteous at all times
- Previous experience within hotels would advantageous
