We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Accommodation Manager for our client, a beautiful 4* property in Carlow.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide aid and support the Accommodation Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the Accommodation Department.
- Deputise for the Accommodation Manager in their absence ensuring its standards are constantly being reviewed, monitored, and improved in order to deliver excellent service standard and to maintain a high-quality product.

To assist in managing the daily performance of all team members and assist with training

To check bedrooms, public areas & staff facilities daily

To produce and allocate rooms sheets daily

To check product planning and to do list daily
- 1-2 years experience in a similar positions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong Team Leader
