- Requires an extremely high attention to detail data
- Action inventory system: Freesell/Allotment report from suppliers
- Release allotments when requested by supplier
- Close out/Open up Freesell as advised by supplier
- Enter block out dates into Tol Admin rates when resort is fully booked
- Enter block room dates into Tol Admin rates when room is fullu booked (as per supplier comment instructions)
- Rebuild packages for supplier if block out dates are loaded/updated
- Run a report and email top-up allotment request to suppliers. Action once response received.
- Record any action made to inventory, block out dates, rates, and packages.
- File inventory emails from suppliers into correct email folders.
- Experience in Sales & Reservation Admin, with related area experience will be beneficial
- Fluent in English written & spoken
- Commmunicative as team player with strong commitment and high attention to detail
- Good understanding of reservation & sales, inventory system allotments, and freesells
- Familiar with OTAs, B2B, extranet, inventory system
Experience:
- Reservation Admin: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
