Our client is a fantastic nightclub in Bali with an underground theme. It features a dance area, VIP seating, excellent sound quality, outstanding DJs, and a vibrant atmosphere. We are looking for a dedicated Reservation Agent to help manage our bookings and provide excellent service to our guests. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information on availability, rates, and services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of rates, promotions, and special packages.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests efficiently.
Input and update reservation details in the system accurately.
Qualifications:
Professional proficiency in English
Minimum 1 year of experience as a reservation agent or in a similar customer service role.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent phone etiquette and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with reservation systems or hotel management software is a plus.
