KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Experience:
- This job requires an extremely high attention to detail.
- Read and understand rate contracts from suppliers in various formats
- Load rates into our internal system with high accuracy
- Understand how consumer uses our quoting system and use to check work
- Load Campaign rates when directed
- Liaising with suppliers to clarify contracts
- Action Inventory systems to support Inventory Coordinator
- Minimum 1-2 Years’ experience data entry, Hotel Sales admin, with related area experience will be beneficial.
- Fluent in English written & spoken
- Team player
- Good understanding of reservation & sales, inventory system allotments, and freesells
- Familiar with OTAs, B2B, extranet, inventory system.
- High attention to detail
- All work is conducted in English
Experience:
- Sales Product Admin: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
