Tenant Relation Coordinator - BSD
Job Descriptions:
Job Qualifications:
- Build and maintain a good relationship with customers / tenants.
- Carry out service activities for the needs and complaints of tenants or counter owners so that tenant relations operations can be carried out properly and effectively.
- Carry out handover activities / BAST for new tenants and tenants who have expired.
- Responsible for controlling the kiosk.
- Designing promotional media with creative ideas for future development.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma Degree from any major.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as Tenant Relation in commercial buildings/area.
- Good Communication skills, Negotiation skill, and Service excellent skill.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems through provided channels.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
