Sourcing potential talent for variety of levels & department
Managing the selection process including requisition management and development of position descriptions for a better recruitment strategy
Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies, assessments, and closing approaches to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements, candidate matches, and the qualifications needed to fill the roles
Providing monthly reports to Talent Acquisition Manager on a timely basis regarding status relating to all positions; including outreach and response for each position as needed
Requirements:
At least 3 years experience of strategic exposure in talent acquisition at various seniority levels and functions
At least 3 years experience in managing, leading and directing recruitment team to support various recruitment needs
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree
Experience as an external recruiter combined with internal talent acquisition, through a data-driven sourcing process
Strong strategic and commercial thinking to translate and execute business requirements into talent strategy
Solid experience working in a dynamic, agile and fast-paced culture
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
