The Role The role of a Senior Recruiter is fundamentally to deliver high-quality candidates who suit Systech’s service offering and culture, and both criteria are of equal importance. You will be assigned a geographical region and with the support of the Head of Recruitment, you will successfully manage recruitment for that market. That involves providing direction to your allocated Resourcer, reviewing and interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews for senior management, managing the candidate process including negotiating terms through to induction, as well as capturing feedback post a candidate starting with the business. This individual will work closely with their respective Country Managers and Regional Managing Directors, providing the talent they require to hit their ambitious growth targets. You will be expected to build and manage a strong candidate pipeline, consistently forecasting and delivering new starters throughout the year. Responsibilities and Duties
Headhunting candidates to fulfil the ever-changing requirements of the business.
Negotiating terms with the support of the Head of Recruitment
Drafting and issuing employee T’s & C’s
Maintaining, distributing, and presenting your recruitment forecast
Liaising with Country Managers and Regional Managing Directors to update on progress and capture requirements Schedule interviews on behalf of Senior Management
Maintain a strong presence on Linked In, regularly posting adverts, articles, and relevant documentation that assists in building the brand and attracting talent
Regular visits to the allocated region to meet with management and candidates
Successfully meet KPIs and hit targets!
