Job Description

Develop new revenue opportutinites from external B2B referrals through engagement with external hospitals & clinicians.
Act as an ambassador of SHG Lab by proactively promoting SHG lab internal capabilities to external stakeholders.
Perform external market research by mapping external customers segmentation, service requirements, market price rates, and competitors activities.
With internal team, co-develop matched portfolio mix and implementation strategies based on the above information.
Introduce new tests and capabilities to suitable external customers and deliver the targeted revenue.
Deliver results by signing B2B referrals contracts and achieving the targeted GOR.
Execute on the planned marketing activities that involve external clinicians, e.g. conduct SGDs, product presentation, KOL engagements, etc.
Act as a team leader to manage the performances of the assigned PRO and delivers the Team's target

Qualifications

Minimum 3 Years experience in Key Account Management or similar commercial manager role.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effective communication, especially with clinicians and healthcare workers.
Strong data analytical skills to gain insights and translate it into meaningful & impactful action plans.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Proven track record on past sales achievements and capabilities.
Intermediate to advanced skill in using Excel and Powerpoint.
Proven track record on past sales team leadership and performance management.
Act as a team leader to manage the performances of the assigned PRO and delivers the Team's target.
